The first important acquisition concerns an old Enel power plant directly by the sea, disused for over 50 years. 2 industrial buildings, an Art Nouveau building that housed the administrative offices, a building by the sea, for a total of about 70,000 cubic meters.
The neighborhood has been completely redeveloped with the construction of over 135 homes, 2 underground parking on 3 levels below sea level, 2 new squares and the two industrial buildings housing a mall, 4500 square meters.
The Gallery currently houses important commercial brands.
